In terms of services, our cleaning staff will tidy up the common areas on a weekly basis. Cost details: 【Deposit】The deposit for a single room is HKD 35,000, while the deposit for a double room is HKD 20,000. 【Utilities Deposit】The utility deposit for a single room is HKD 4,400, and for a double room it is HKD 3,300, which will be settled after check-out with any overage refunded or shortfall charged accordingly. Deposits can be paid in three installments as follows: - First installment: Deposit paid upon signing the contract. - Second installment: On August 1, pay an additional half-years rent along with the utilities deposit (HKD 1,800 for rent and HKD 2,400 for utilities). - Third installment: On December 1 (approximately by mid-December), pay another half-years rent along with the utilities deposit (HKD 1,800 for rent and HKD 2,400 for utilities).
