The room size is pretty decent, rolling around alone is no problem. It's in the city center, pretty close to Chinatown, quite bustling. The train station is nearby, so it's OK to go to Durham to visit friends. It's also very close to the business school, just a walk away is fine. It's alright for getting to the main campus and Northumbria University, both within walking distance.
